/Beautiful Gifts of Mother Nature
My name is Neda. I am a natural living mama and an Essential Oils Guide. I love to share my passion and love for supporting women's (mostly mum's) wellbeing - body and mind - naturally. I live and work using beautiful Mother Nature's gifts - essential oils, juices and nature itself. I support other mums, who are looking for natural solutions to bring into their homes, when they are ready to take that next step into more natural living...
I am originally from Lithuania, a beautiful country, where I spent most of my childhood running around in my grandma's garden surrounded by flowers, plants and trees. Nature has always been such a huge part of my heritage, my culture and how we live
I am married to a Thai man and we have a gorgeous eight year old, soon to be nine, girl. We live in a small village in Leicestershire (UK) surrounded by nature and lovely woodland walks
After having my daughter, my sleep was really interrupted, which was impacting my health and ability to cope as a mum and a person...I was always interested in natural ways to supporting my wellness (I guess it all comes from the way I was growing up and learning all the tricks of using herbs and plants from my grandma) as much as possible, and at that time I was looking for something natural to help me with sleep...soon after that I was introduced to therapeutic grade essential oils (six years ago now) by my dear friend, who offered me to try some to support my sleep
I fell in love with oils straight away, as I could see and feel the change it was making to my sleep routine, to my family, our environment and to our mood within few weeks of using the oils...since then, I have never looked back...
When I was 32 and my daughter was only two years old, I had my third cancer diagnosis...my world turned upside down again, but this time, I was thinking and worrying more about our daughter and being there for her rather than myself...I knew, I have to beat this, be well and strong for her...to see her growing up, starting school and blossoming into a beautiful women
This time, having already learned so much about how I can support myself mentally and physically, I made a conscious decision to remove all chemicals from our environment and support mine and my family's wellbeing naturally as much as possible - the oils became another huge part of that journey to our wellbeing
I am now cancer free and have been for the last six years. My lifestyle gives me confidence in my body, but also my mental approach to living a life post re-occurring cancer
Essential Oils are a big part of our lifestyle - supporting my whole family daily on both emotional and physical level
As a mum I feel empowered to have these beautiful oils at my finger tips for any life emergencies, and all the day to day or middle of the night dramas with a young family...
My top three essential oils for supporting mums and their families are - Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint
Lavender - soothing and calming for the body and the mind. Beautiful to use during the night for a more restful sleep. Can be applied topically diluted with carrier oil on the bottom of the feet, wrists or back of neck. Add to the bath with epsom salt for that relaxing soak after a long day. Inhale the aroma from the bottle to ground and balance.
Lemon - "the oil of focus" - uplifting and energising. Lovely to start the day with - add to a diffuser, inhale from a bottle for that morning boost.
And Peppermint, one of my favourite essential oils - invigorating and energising, cooling for the body. Pairs beautiful with Lemon for that morning or afternoon pick-me-up. Also can support any tension in the body (head, shoulders), digestion (apply diluted on tummy clockwise), cooling in summer (apply diluted back of neck or make into a mist spray).
