What data does Emma Benyon Coaching collect?
When an order is placed via the online shop information is requested to process your items and dispatch them to you. This information includes; full name, address, email address. We do not receive your payment details. All payment details are via a secure payment system through the online shop.
How do we collect this data?
The data is supplied to Emma Benyon Coaching at the checkout process in our online shop. We receive the details you select at the time of ordering and this information is then stored on our website account, so that your order can be dispatched.
Your email address and name is also collected when you fill in our online forms for example, 'Contact Us'. This data will only be used by ourselves to send an email to the address provided and will not be shared with any third parties. By filling in these forms you have consented to us using this information.
Why is this data collected?
This data is collected to ensure that your order is sent to the correct address once it has been completed. All contact information is solely for the use of dispatching orders.
Do we share this data?
The information you provide when ordering will not be shared with any third parties and will only be used to send your order and for tax purposes. This information will be kept for for at least 5 years after the 31 January submission deadline of the relevant tax year in line with Government regulations for Sole Traders.
The information you provide when filling in our online forms for 'Contact Us' will only be used by ourselves to send an email to the address provided and will not be shared with any third parties. By filling in these forms you have consented to us using this information.
All customers are welcome to request a list of third party partners so that they may also contact or inspect their direct compliance with GDPR.
Using your data for Marketing Purposes
We require your permission to send any marketing or promotional emails. People must subscribe to our newsletter list to receive these emails. If you have subscribed to our newsletter we will use the information you have provided to send you the newsletter. You are able to opt out at any time. There is a link at the bottom of each newsletter for you to unsubscribe at any time. Once you have have opted out you will no longer receive emails from Emma Benyon Coaching.
How do we keep your data secure?
Security is a high priority for the business and I have taken appropriate precautions to ensure that data is stored securely.
Other third party websites we trade with are PayPal and Stripe for the purposes of payments for orders. We also use Mail Chimp for the purpose of sending out our newsletter. All of these third parties have their own responsibility to the GDPR, please see their own Privacy Policy Statements for more information.
Requesting a copy of the data we hold
You can request a copy of the data we currently hold on file for you. We are legally required to provide this to you free of charge and within a month of the original request and we are happy to do so at any time.

You can request the data we currently hold on file for you to be deleted. We are legally required to do this should you request it and are happy to do some promptly.
Customer Photographs
By tagging or sending us images of you using our products you are consenting to us using them for promotional material including sharing them on our website or social media channels. If you would like your photographs deleted at any point we are more than happy to remove the images from our data base, website and social media channels. All customer images on our website are posted with written consented to their use on our website and social media.

Shipping
All UK orders will be posted within three to five working days using Royal Mail Second Class which usually takes 5-7 working days. UK postage for each item is listed with each item. If you would like your order quicker than my standard processing times please contact me to discuss.
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and no refunds will be given for the wrong shipping address being given.
International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked. Sometimes parcels can take longer during peak or busy periods and may be held in customs in your country which is beyond my control. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns Policy
I do accept returns or exchanges, however I must be contacted with 28 days of the order being placed. Items must be returned within 7 days of the contact being made to ask to return/exchange. Return postage is paid for by the customer.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Advertising and Sponsorship Terms and Conditions:
You will be given a deadline to send over your artwork/article and business name, logo social media links, website link and short bio, failure to meet this deadline could result in you loosing your advertising/sponsorship spot in the magazine and no refund will be given for failing to meet the deadline.
Full payment must be made up front within 24 hours of confirming you would like an advertising/sponsorship spot in order to secure the space. Spaces are not held for longer than 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed.
Magazine Article Submissions Terms and Conditions:
You will be given a deadline to send over your article and business name, logo social media links, website link and short bio, failure to meet this deadline could result in you loosing your article spot in the magazine.
