Who am I?
I'm Emma, AKA ~ your journaling cheerleader!
I am a Multi-Certified Coach for Women, Self Care Expert and Educator supporting women who are juggling it all, to reduce the mental overload and be calm, present and intentional.
I empower women, like you, through journaling, breath-work and self care practices to develop their inner coach and reduce their inner critic.
I discovered journaling during a low point in my life, completely overwhelmed and lost and feeling like I had completely lost myself. My limiting beliefs and past experiences where impacting upon my life and holding me back.
As I began to put my thoughts and feelings on to paper, I began to release all I was holding on to, exploring who I had been and who I was becoming. Journaling helped me to realign my life, re-frame my experiences and reduce my mental overload.
I swear by the contents of the journaling membership because they are exactly what helped me to transform my life and what I continue to use to support me!

What is it like working with me?
Through my coaching and journaling courses, I will hold the space for you and together we will work from where you are now to where you want to be. I will help you listen in to your intuition and support you to develop your self awareness, as well as support you to set actionable goals to help you move forwards to where you want to be.
What is Practical Magic™?
Firstly it isn’t a way to fortune tell or predict your future and it isn’t a replacement for therapy. It’s a way of tuning into your intuition using the cards from the Activation Deck as creative prompts, it is a tool for self enquiry, helping us to move out of a stuck state and in to one of curiosity, of activation, of overcoming barriers and overwhelm. It is a beautiful tool to help you feel empowered to come to your own answers, explore the possibilities and tune in to your intuition and full self.
